**As of August 22, 2024, project was awarded to Holloway Construction, awarded amount is $1,528,691.25.** The Project includes the following Work: Remove in-place 100.5 foot long two-span precast prestressed concrete double tee structure and install new two-span steel girder structure. Work includes earthwork, roadway grading, and installation of steel girder structure. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. All questions will be submitted by email to Colin Zwaschka, PE, Banner Associates, Inc.: colinz@bannerassociates.com 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially complete on or before June 12, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before July 17, 2026. B. The roadway/structure may not be closed for construction until January 6, 2025. The Work will be substantially complete within 120 Working Days of roadway closure Project no - BRO 8006(00)21-5
