Construct new 29,000 square foot slab on grade addition consisting of new gymnasium, restrooms, locker rooms, support spaces, and interior renovations. New addition to be constructed with structural precast, masonry veneer, metal wall panels, membrane roofing, and aluminum storefronts. Interior construction to consist of masonry, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, wood gym flooring, bleachers and resilient flooring. Project also includes renovation of existing spaces in the Fitness Center.
