Renovation of a municipal facility in Centralia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
roof replacement contractors to replace the roof and guttering at the Centralia Township office building located at 148 S. Poplar Street, Centralia, IL 62801. The Centralia Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, decide what products meet, exceed or are equal to specifications and to waive any technicalities. Unless all bids are rejected, the contract award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. In determining who is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Centralia Township will consider all factors which it, in its discretion, deems relevant in determining such. The Township is seeking interested and qualified contractors to submit a bid to replace an existing flat roofwith a low sloping roof. The present roof has no pitch, so it holds a substantial amount of water that is unable to drain, leading to leak points. The Township's intent is to have the roofline built up at one end allowing water to drain properly. Gutters and downspouts shall be replaced also.
