1. Del Norte Main Building (DM) - Siding on southwest upper exterior wall on Library
2. Del Norte Main Building (DM) - Gutter & Downspout on Northeast front of Library
3. Del Norte Pelican Bay Building (DC) - Office Paneling, proposal should reflect two options, sheetrock and modular paneling
4. Del Norte Faculty Offices (DE) - Proposal does not have to include cost to repair building
- Numerous buildings on the Del Norte Center have water damage and are in need of repair. Damages include rotting siding, leaky casework around doors and windows,
ceiling and floor damage. - College of the Redwoods requests pricing per building to make all necessary repairs.
