Buckhorn Lake Boundary Maintenance The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, materials, personnel, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel and vehicles required to perform Buckhorn Lake boundary maintenance as specified and in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, general, specific and technical provisions, drawings, attachments and exhibits contained herein or incorporated by reference. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communication and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. This solicitation contains an option clause to extend the awarded contract up to one (1) additional option. The option is as follows: Option Period 1: Additional boundary maintenance - 12 miles Location: Buckhorn Lake 804 Buckhorn Dam Road Buckhorn, KY 41721 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 541360, Size Standard $28.5M. The contract award will be based on lowest total price to the Government. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the Quote. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements and the Quote will be rejected. A site visit is recommended for the contractor to review the complexities of the work sites, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements. Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, of Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) prior to submission of proposal. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Offerors must comply with the requirements of FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.232-33 requirements in this solicitation through SAM. However, the signed copy of the notarized letter must be sent to the GSA Federal Service Desk (FSD) within 30 days of activation or the vendor risks no longer being active in SAM.
