BWGP utilizes high-pressure natural gas as the primary fuel for its eight (8) gas turbines. This project aims to relocate existing buried gas lines above grade to an existing pipe rack. These lines, which have been in the ground since the 1980s, are experiencing corrosion that has resulted in leaks. In the 1990s, a segment of the gas line was redirected to the pipe rack during the construction of the TES system Currently, two (2) gas turbines are fed from this line, while three (3) additional units have drop connections that are not yet operational. We will install three (3) more drops, bringing the total to five (5) connected units. The scope includes: o Extending the main 12-inch pipeline, maintaining the same wall thickness as the existing line, approximately 600 feet to supply the rear units. o Installing a low-point drain at the end of the line. o Installing a 12-inch isolation valve prior to the last three units.
