The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to the Bid, guaranteeing faithful performance of the Contract. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of thirty [30] business days after the date and hour set for opening of bids. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract as shall be deemed in the best interest of the City of Clive.
