Site work for a water / sewer project in Clive, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor needed to install approximately 4,578 linear feet of continuous sewer lining at various locations in the City of Clive, Iowa. Project items include pipe lining (8" diameter), service reinstatement, traffic control and other minor activities related to the proper installation of the liner. Specific project location along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Work on the improvements shall commence upon receipt of the written Notice to Proceed and shall be substantially completed by April 4, 2025. One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) will be assessed for each calendar day that the work remains incomplete thereafter. Bid Security. No bid security is required. Performance, payment and maintenance bonds are required. The City of Clive reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
