Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clive, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor needed to construct full depth PCC patches on various residential streets south of Hickman Road and west of NW 142 nd Street in the City of Clive, Iowa. Project items include full-depth patching, fixture adjustments, traffic control, mobilization, and restoration. Specific project location along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Liquidated damages for noncompliance with said completion provisions will be assessed at the rate of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day thereafter that the work remains incomplete. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined inSection26.8of the Iowa Code and as outlined in the Instruction to Bidders in an amount equal to Ten(10)percent of the total bid amount. The City of Clive reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
