Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Steilacoom, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Rigney Road Preservation. The project includes pavement preservation improvements on Rigney Road and Roe Street between Lexington Street and Steilacoom Boulevard, excavation, pavement planing, pavement repair, pavement overlay, minor concrete flatwork, pavement marking, surface restoration, traffic control and other related work items. The Work shall be physically complete within 25 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Steilacoom" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
