Site work for a development in Steilacoom, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development.

The Town of Steilacoom is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance information from professional engineering firms interested in providing engineering planning, design, and permitting services for the Garrison Springs Creek Restoration Project. The project will complete restoration design through the "issued for construction" milestone, present design iterations to the public as part of a community engagement program used to inform design review, and prepare applications for the required permits and approvals. Interested firms should have experience with US EPA and Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office requirements and anticipate project monitoring by the US EPA. Responses must address qualifications of key personnel (including resumes and rates), relevant experience of the project team (including representative projects and experience with public funding sources), project organization and approach (team organization, approach to the scope of work, and timeline), and ability to provide services within the project time frame (experience with similar projects, meeting milestones, deadlines, and budgets). Proposals must also commit to assisting Town staff in file management for compliance with funding source requirements. Up to three selected firms will be invited for interviews.
