THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 657A4-24-108 VCS SITE Prep for Coffee, located at the John J. Pershing VAMC, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "Proposal Submittal Instructions", will be deemed non-responsive to the terms of the solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and testing necessary to perform work as required by the attached images (see Statement of Work), SPECS and Attachments Project 657A4-24-108 VCS Site Prep for Coffee Shop. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Bldg Const. Small Business Size standard is $45.0 Million Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. Period of performance is 60 calendar days. There will only be one organized pre-proposal site visit on August 12, 2024, 9:30 AM CST at Bldg 1 Room 5054 John J. Pershing VAMC. Contact Mr. Bryar Pim at Bryar.Pimva.gov or phone 573-778-4700. Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid site visit to fully understand their potential responsibility. All questions shall be submitted in writing to cedric.grahamva.gov, no later than August 19, 2024, at 2:00PM CST. Proposals are due on September 12, 2024 at 2pm CST. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
