The work included under these contracts shall consist of a water distribution system replacement and Main Street Improvements for the City of Arcola. LOCATION The City of Arcola system is located in Douglas County in South Central Illinois. SCOPE OF WORK The location of the work is shown on sheet 2 of the plans and lies in the City. The work consists of water main replacement with 8" diameter water main, paving, curb and gutter, storm sewer, sidewalk, clean up, seeding, mulching, location markers, and appurtenances.
