The successful bidder will be responsible for Forest Service Road (FSR) Inspections within the 100 Mile House Timber Supply Area. BC Timber Sales (BCTS) has an obligation to inspect FSR's that are BCTS responsibility within a certain rotation depending on the risk rating of each road. This contract has an estimated total of 130 kilometers to be inspected. All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.KamloopsTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 4:00 pm on August 6, 2024. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to electronically by August 7, 2024 Estimated Contract Duration (12 months) Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
