Second St. Pottsville PA 17901 ATTN: CHERYL FUSS. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding or to reject any or all items or portions thereof. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
