Contract No. 06B24 This project is to construct an ADA/PROWAG compliant path from the existing Anna Jeffries Path near Highway 213 to the east where a new crosswalk will be constructed across Central Ave. The path continues to the east along the south side of Nyhagen Road. East of 6th Avenue NE a concrete sidewalk of approximately 1,100 feet is being constructed to stay within existing right-of-way. After the concrete sidewalk the plant mix path resumes to the east where it turns to the south just west of the access road on the west side of the Cut Bank Sports Complex. The path continues south between two existing fence lines and ends at Old Kevin Highway. The total path length is approximately 7,500 linear feet. Contract to be completed as outlined in the Contract Time special provision found in the proposal. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises contract goals are 0.00%.
