Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Greenwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work to include, but not limited to, the following major items: 1. Demolition of existing Den Lane Pumping Station superstructure. 2. Limited modifications to the existing submersible concrete pump station including but not limited to: a. Wetwell access hatch, ventilation, wastewater piping, pumps, and appurtenances; b. Valve vault access hatch, ventilation, valves, piping, and appurtenances. c. Maintenance of continuous sewer flow throughout the Project 3. Installation of a new elevated superstructure to house new electrical and instrumentation equipment for associated submersible station. 4. Site modifications including but not limited to tree removal, grading, planting, and fencing. 5. Restoration of the project site to preconstruction condition or as indicated and specified. 6. Coordination, scheduling and obtaining necessary permits from the Town of Greenwich for performance of the work. 7. Funding for project is from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All procurement shall follow ARPA requirements.
