Site work and renovation of a civil project in Davis, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposed Transmission of Zone B Sanitary Sewer Flows to Zone D Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of two (2) pump stations, 11 simplex grinder pump stations, 2,450 LF 8" gravity sewer line, 1,550 LF 3" force main sewer line, 3,550 LF 4" force main, 13,400 6" force main, 500 LF 4" force main installed via horizontal directional drill, 400 LF 6" force main installed via horizontal directional drill, 730 LF 1.5" service line, 3,300 LF 1.25" service line, 80 LF 4" service lateral, 17 manholes, and all related appurtenances. The Work will be substantially completed within 210 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 270 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. Bids received by Contractors that did not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be returned unopened to the Bidders. The Canaan Valley Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline Aug 13, 2024
