Renovation of a residential development in Southborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Project consists of: The removal and replacement of twelve (12) front exterior doors. Door hardware and trim will be replaced. Two doors have closers. Patch and repair any damaged surfaces. Estimated Cost: 48.9K The Work shall be commenced at the time stated in the Owner's Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removal of twelve (12) existing front exterior doors. 2. Provide and install twelve (12) new front exterior doors. 3. Provide and install new hardware. Three (3) doors have automatic openers. 4. Provide and install new hardware. Nine (9) doors have closers. 5. Provide new flashing and sealants. 6. Provide new interior and exterior trim. 7. Patch and repair surfaces as required. 8. Painting of interior door walls and interior and exterior trim. 9. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 10. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 11. Other components of the project as described in the drawings and specifications.
