Replace Air Handler Res. 10 Scope of Work: Contractor to furnish and install all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the work described herein and as shown on the drawings. The scope includes work required to support the replacement of existing air handler and fan coil unit at residence building #10 identified in the mechanical plans for this project, including the startup and testing of all electrical equipment shown and specified in order to provide a complete and operational electrical and control service to the mechanical unit covered under this project. The building will be unoccupied during the course of this project. Location: The project is located at Porterville Developmental Center, 26501 Avenue 140, Porterville, CA 93257, specifically 10 South Circle Drive.
