Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in College Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The project consists of reconstruction of 3500 linear feet of Mojonnier Road reconstruction curbs, gutters, sidewalks, curb ramps, structural walls, storm sewer and drywells, sanitary sewer, and water main installation, landscaping, irrigation, street lighting, pedestrian crossing signals, signing, striping All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
