Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a civil project in College Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for the construction of a road / highway.

The Project consists of demolition of an existing lift station, construction of a new submersible lift station, installation of new sanitary sewer pipe, and full street improvements in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond or quality assurance submittals within the time stated in the contract documents, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of College Place. Each Bidder shall warrant that he has not entered into collusion with another bidder or any other person, and does not discriminate in any manner against any person based solely on race, color, sex, or creed. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by the City of College Place will be accepted. The City of College Place reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, to accept any bid deemed to be responsive in the best interest of the City of College Place, and reserves the right to re advertise for new proposals. Demolition of an existing below ground duplex lift station vault, existing wet-well to be repurposed as flow through manhole. Construction of a new submersible duplex lift station at a nearby property with full site improvements. Installation of approximately 750 feet of forcemain, and approximately 950 feet of gravity sewer collector pipe. Full street improvements (i.e. curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement restoration) and installation of stormwater management infrastructure.
