Site work and new construction of a civil project in College Place, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing a new regional lift station, approximately 1,500 feet of forcemain, and approximately 9,000 feet of gravity sewer trunk pipe to serve the southwest area of the City of College Place. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form The City of College Place reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, to accept any bid deemed to be responsive in the best interest of the City. The City is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. It is anticipated that this project will be funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology. Neither the State of Washington nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be, a party to any contract or any subcontract resulting from this solicitation for bids.
