Site work for a water / sewer project in College Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of installation of approximately 15,400 linear feet of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Liner system including bypass pumping, pipe cleaning, pipe inspection, and lateral reinstatement as well as the construction of three new manholes, five sewer cleanouts, and approximately 100 linear feet of 6" sewer line extension as shown on the Plans. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond or quality assurance submittals within the time stated in the contract documents, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of College Place. Each Bidder shall warrant that he has not entered into collusion with another bidder or any other person, and does not discriminate in any manner against any person based solely on race, color, sex, or creed.
