Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in College Place, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes improvements of Lions Park, existing stormwater facilities, water system expansion, sanitary sewer services, stream and fish pond dredging and restoration, addition of an all-inclusive playground, splash pad, with Americans Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant amenities, a walking path, two new pedestrian bridges, pedestrian and parking lot lighting, new restrooms and parking lot, existing play field and restroom modifications, replacement irrigation system and various other associated improvements. Each bid on the project must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bonds for the faithful performance of the contract as prescribed in the contract documents. The Owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so
