The City Of Benson, Hereinafter Referred To As "Cob", Is Conducting A Competitive One- Step Process To Retain One (1) To Two (2) Contractors For Miscellaneous Landscaping Construction, Maintenance, Other Related Services In Accordance With Sec. 34-603 Of The Arizona Revised Statues For The City Of Benson. Individual Job Orders Should Not Exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). The Estimated Budget For The Initial One- Year Term Is Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars. The Term Of This Contract Will Be One Year With Four (4) Potential One- Year Renewal Options. However, Services Will Be Requested On An As-needed, If-needed Basis And The Resultant Contract Is Neither Exclusive Nor A Commitment Or Guarantee By The City Of Benson That The Contractor's Services Will Be Required. Cob Invites Interested Firms To Submit Written Statements Of Qualifications Relating To These Services. A Committee Will Be Convened To Evaluate Firms' Qualifications And Experience With Similar Projects. The Firm(S) Determined To Be Best Qualified Will Then Be Invited To Enter Into Negotiations With Cob. Respondents Are Invited To Review The Information And To Submit Their Statements Of Qualifications In Accordance With The Criteria Established Within This Rfq. Written Questions Regarding This Rfq Must Be Received By The Department Of Public Works No Later Than Ten (10) Days Prior To The Submittal Due Date. A Written Amendment To This Document May Then Be Used To Respond To Questions. Oral Statements Or Instructions Shall Not Constitute An Amendment To The Rfq. All Submittals Must Be Received By The Due Date Specified Herein. Any Response Received After The Due Date And Time Specified Will Be Returned Unopened. The City Of Benson Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Submittals, Or To Withhold The Award For Any Reason It May Determine, And To Waive Or Not To Waive Any Informalities In Any Submittal.
