This federally funded project consists of housing repairs at the following address: 215 N. Brandt Avenue, Benson, AZ Weatherization (caulk windows, weatherstrip doors, door sweeps, as needed) Provide and install mid-range 40 gallons electric hot water heater with timer. (Acceptable brands include Rheem, A.O. Smith, and Bradford White). Provide electric wiring to electric hot water heater. Remove and dispose of gas hot water heater.
