Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Benson, Arizona. Completed plans call civil work for a residential development and water / sewer project.
This project involves new horizontal construction in the Hickiwan Subdivision on the Tohono O'odham Nation. The scope includes the creation of seven engineered building pads with associated infrastructure and utilities. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for project completion. The award will be made to a single prime contractor. FI must be submitted via E-mail to: tshepherd@tokahousing.org • No verbal communication will be accepted in the submittal or response process • All RFI’s must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (Local Time) on 6/11/2026
