Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to Conditions of Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid Under This Contract as Determined by the Department of Labor and Industries Under Provisions of the Massachusetts Genera l Laws Chapter 149, Section 26-27, Inclusive, as Amended. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish 100 Percent Performance and Labor and Materials Bonds. Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum Basis.
