Renovation of a municipal facility in Smithers, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Northwest Fire Centre in Smithers B.C. is currently seeking a qualified roofing contractor to replace a 900m2 multi-tiered 25 year old flat roof which is at or nearing end-of-life. The work includes removal and disposal of existing roofing materials and replaced with specifications listed below. All dimensions, measurements and area for the roof included in this Invitation to Tender are provided for reference only. It is the responsibility of Bidders to obtain and verify exact dimensions of the roofs in question in order to develop tender pricing. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
