Question Cut Off Date 8/26/2024 05:00:00 PM (ET) Primary Initial Duties Anticipated to Include * Detailed project critical path analyses and tracking of critical path progress * Project cost estimating (ie, review and verification of change orders based on current market conditions and values, etc.) * Claims review, analysis and dispute assistance (ie, project critical path, cost assertions, engineering reviews, constructability reviews, etc.) * Pay application review * On-site construction observation and documentation * Meeting attendance, minutes preparation, summary analyses and recommendations * Contract interpretation (ie, typical industry standards and expectations, legal assistance, etc.) * Legal assistance * CM (including construction subcontractors), A&E and CEI fee and cost reasonableness based on local, state and industry standards and market conditions * Assistance in change order and change request negotiations * Engineering, architecture and other specialty consultants plan development, plan reviews and analyses related to terminal buildings, taxiways, aircraft parking ramps, fuel lines, TSA checkpoints, concessions, roadways, aircraft gates, and all other aspects of a large terminal expansion project. Potential Additional Duties May Include: * Project controls and other contract administration duties * Historical analysis of project issues * Coordination with enabling or co-located projects * Coordination between CM/GC, CEI and A&E firms * Review of requested CM/GC, CEI, and A&E contract amendments * Coordination with Operational, Readiness, Activation, & Transition (ORAT) team * Tenant transition services * Coordination with various airport stakeholders for any operational impact that may be caused by the project. * Subconsulted work when expertise needed * Other contract management support functions
