All work performed shall follow all Federal, State, Local, OSHA, and department-mandated regulations and specifications for associated work. 1.3. The contractor(s) shall review the list of roads and all drawings detailing work to be performed under this solicitation. 1.4. The scope of work is further defined and detailed within Exhibits E-O found attached to the draft contract agreement affixed to this solicitation package as well as within the plans associated with this project. The contractor is responsible for reviewing all documentation related to this project.
