The project begins at Milepost 55.85 and extends east along I-40 to Milepost 57.27. The proposed work consists of constructing two reinforced concrete girder bridges; widening of existing bridges over Rattlesnake Wash; constructing new asphalt concrete and concrete pavement; installing new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk; installing pipe culverts, concrete box culverts, and storm drain pipes; installing new signing and pavement marking; installing new traffic signals and lighting; installing new fencing, guardrail, and other related work.
