IFB questions are due September 5, 2024 County of Mohave, Arizona is soliciting bids for a TI of the LHC Disable American Veterans Center located at 2001 College Dr. LHC, AZ. Bids must include a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond of 10% of the bid amount pursuant to ARS 34-201. IFB questions are due September 5, 2024. Award will be made with by written notification to the successful bidder. County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to withhold the award for any reason. The scope of work includes demolition, new walls, new finishes, mechanical, electrical, and fire improvements. See attached permit set for details of the improvements.
