Project Description: The City of Kingman is soliciting proposals to purchase two (2) new Lighted Runway Closure Boxes L-893(L) built in accordance with the most current version of FAA regulations. The bid shall include all applicable costs for equipment, as specified, a one-time purchase, including tax and delivery. Payment will be a one-time purchase. The Proposer is responsible for reviewing the RFP documents prior to the proposal due date and for requesting clarification or interpretation of any discrepancy, deficiency, ambiguity or error, or omission contained in the RFP documents. The City of Kingman reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in this request for proposal, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted, and confirmed in the contract between the City of Kingman and the firm selected. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
