Bids to Remodel the Courthouse Annex at 401 Spring St in Kingman. Question Deadline 09/17/2024 Bids must include a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond of 10% of the bid amount pursuant to ARS 34-201. Award will be made by written notification to the successful bidder. County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to withhold the award for any reason. Annex Building on the western side of the historic courthouse at 401 Spring Street, Kingman Arizona. The Annex Building remodel includes modifications to the exterior and interior of the existing building, as well as some improvements inside of the historic courthouse building necessary to enable the Annex Building to be functional. B. The project must be completed within 540 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice to Proceed by County.
