Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Milton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
Please submit SEPARATE bids for each project. There are no formal documents. Sealed demo bids are invited for: 817 Rear Highland Ave Milton, WV 25541, 1403 Summers Ave Milton, WV 25541 Scope: Demolition of two separate structures within 500 feet of one another. 817 Rear Highland Ave is approximately 625 SF wood-framed structure. 1403 Summers Ave is approximately 1257 SF wood- framed structure. Includes demolition of structures and block foundations, debris removal, stubbing sewer and water. and spreading straw. The work must commence within ten (10) days after Notice to Proceed. Completion is required thirty (30) days from start of demo. Asbestos abatement will be required for both structures. All bids must be submitted by a licensed contractor according to WV Code 30-42-2. For just cause, the City of Milton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities.
