Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Clinton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility.
WHHS Outpatient Clinic Accessible Entrance Warner Hospital and Health Systems is soliciting bids to create a new accessible entrance on the west side of the existing hospital facility. Bidders will be asked to exhibit relevant experience with work at an occupied hospital. As a publicly owned hospital this project will be subject to the IL Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/.01) as well as the IL Local Government Prompt Payment Act (50 ILCS 505/1). The work of this proposed Contract(s) consists of: 1. Selective demolition and alteration of existing site and building. 2. Modification/extension of existing building systems.
