Job no.: 5276-015 Entrance Building and Bathroom Facilities at Glen Hills Campground. The specifications herein state the minimum requirements. Unauthorized conditions, limitations, or provision shall be cause for rejection. Any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the bid specifications will be considered "irregular" and rejected. It shall be the Bidder's responsibility to carefully examine each item of the specifications. Failure to offer a completed bid or failure to respond to each specification will cause the bid to be considered "non responsive" and rejected. Questions regarding ambiguities or the propriety of the specifications shall be addressed in writing to the Procurement Office prior to the bid opening. Questions will not be entertained after the bid opening. Scope of Work Construction of a new entrance building the build out is roughly 400 SF, and for the construction of a new bathroom building, the build out is roughly 500 SF. The buildout consists of Civil work, Masonry, Concrete, Rough and Finished Carpentry, Casework and Solid Surface, Hollow Metal Doors Frames and Hardware, Metal +Studs and Drywall, Roofing, Exterior finishes, Flooring, Acoustical Ceiling, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Communications, located at Glen Hills Campground 1049 Rustic Road 3, Glenwood City, WI 54013.
