Bids for Constructing and Installing A 12 Wide X 75 Long Trail Bridge at Glen Hills Park Located at 1049 Rustic Road 3, Glenwood City, Wi 54013. SCOPE OF SERVICES. Contracting Party is required to perform, do and carryout in a satisfactory, timely, and professional manner the services set forth in this Agreement. The Contracting Party is required to furnish all services and labor necessary as indicated in this Agreement, including without limitation materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals. The scope of services to be performed shall include, without limitation, those services set forth in this Agreement. St. Croix County may from time to time request the Contracting Party to perform additional services which are not set forth in this Agreement. In the event that such a request is made, the performance of such services shall be subject to the terms, conditions and contingencies set forth in this Agreement.
