St. Croix County, Wisconsin is requesting bids for constructing a new 4 stall restroom-shower building located at 1049 Rustic Road 3, Glenwood City, WI 54013. St. Croix County is planning to construct a four stall ADA accessible restroom building at Glen Hills County Park. Each restroom stallshall also include an ADA accessible shower. Water,sanitary, and Electric will be responsibility of St. Croix County to get to building site. The building is unheated and will need to have provisions to winterize. Bid is for the building itself and any additional site work like foundation, sidewalks or parking will be a separate bid.
