*As of October 28, 2024, this bid package is currently under contract, and work is expected to start in teh coming weeks. Demolition of the Existing Building (4840 Sq Ft) Bids Will Be Received at the Cumberland County Department of Social Services Offices Located at 1225 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301 by TA Loving / Metcon. Owner Preferred Brand Alternates Will Be Reviewed at This Session. TA Loving Company Invites All Minority Contractors and Suppliers to Participate in the Bidding Process. Note: the Bidder Shall Include With the Proposal the Form Identification of Minority Business Participation Identifying the Minority Business Participation It Will Use on the Project and Shall Include Either Affidavit a or Affidavit B as Applicable. Forms and Instructions Are Included Within the Proposal Form in the Bid Documents. Failure to Complete These Forms is Grounds for Rejection of the Bid. All Questions Regarding this Bid Be Submitted to Rusty Welch via Email at Rwelch@taloving.com. Note: the Construction Manager and Cumberland County Reserve the Unqualified Right to Reject Any and All Proposals.
