Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Repave bridge approaches, install bridge joints, construct ADA ramps and install pavement markings. Question Deadline 08/17/2024 submit all questions to the Sourcing Event Questions and Answers Board (Q&A Board). Any bidder requiring clarification or protesting any of the Specifications must submit specific questions in writing electronically through the Sourcing Event Q&A Board at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid opening date. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted through the Q&A Board of this Sourcing Event prior to the deadline listed in the sourcing event. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $950,000 to 1,050,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Agency will only consider a Bid from a Bidder who is prequalified by ODOT in the Class or Classes of Work specified in the Contract and Specifications for Construction as of the date bids are opened. For those Bidders who are not prequalified with ODOT or not prequalified in the applicable Class or Classes of Work specified in the Contract and Specifications for Construction, in order for the Bidder's Bid to be considered, the Bidder must submit a Prequalification Application or an Amendment to ODOT at least 10 days before Bid Opening. The bidder should also submit a copy of the Application or Amendment submitted to ODOT, to the Multnomah County Purchasing Office with the bid as a Supplier Attachment. Bidders are cautioned that some portions of Multnomah County's Good Faith Effort program have changed. Carefully review program documentation in the Contract and Specifications book located on the Buyer Attachments page of this Sourcing Event. Mistakes on these forms can cause bids to be rejected as non-responsive. This project is funded by Multnomah County, and subject to requirements described in the bid documents including, but not limited to: * Oregon Prevailing Wage * Multnomah County Good Faith Effort Program * Multnomah County Workforce Training & Hiring Program Multnomah County requires the use of Responsible Business Practices if awarded this contract. These practices should include, but are not limited to: * Applying route optimization strategies when feasible, to reduce dependency on oil, save money and reduce climate change. * Recycle, reuse and reduce waste going to landfill, where possible within the Scope of Services to be provided under this project. * Include diverse suppliers, vendors and subcontractors throughout the supply-chain whenever possible.
