Fire Station 37 desires a kitchen upgrade including new cabinets, countertops, and stove/ovens, along with bathroom upgrades to address sewer smell and new toilets. They seek improvements in exterior and interior lighting, including LED lights, signage lights, and flag lights, some of which are expected with a new landscaping project. They aim to add airlines from the compressor for apparatus, repaint the workout area, improve lighting, and remove old carpeting from stairs to loft storage. Additionally, they want to install incident-initiated lighting (red lights) on the apparatus floor for when noise covers alert tones. Fire Station 38 desires additional electrical circuits for the kitchen, a bathroom redo with new cabinets, countertops, and stalls, and a repaint of kitchen cabinets due to wear. They are also interested in any energy efficiency upgrades available.
