Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joplin, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project generally consists of five (5) project sites. Each site is described further below: Site A23- 9th and St Louis consists of storm sewer, box culverts, and open channel improvements to improve stormwater conveyance including: 119 LF of 5'x3' precast concrete box culvert; multiple catch basins; 201 LF of RCP ranging in size from 15" diameter to 30" diameter; concrete driveway & asphalt pavement replacement; etc. Site B23- Division and Valley consists of storm sewer pipes and inlets, box culvert, channel grading and sanitary sewer relocation to improve stormwater conveyance along Furnace Street, Valley Street, Division Avenue, Hill Street, and the drainage channel from Division Avenue to Cox Avenue. Work includes: 91 LF of 6'x3' concrete box culvert; 363 LF of 7'x3' concrete box culvert; 761 LF of RCP (ranging from 15" RCP to 36" RCP); 90 LF of 42" smooth steel pipe; 190 LF of 42" Steel Jack and Bore; 121 LF of 12" PVC sanitary sewer; multiple storm sewer junction boxes and catch basins; 1270 LF concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk and driveway replacements; etc. Site C23- Texas Avenue consists of storm sewer pipes and inlets, box culvert, and sanitary sewer relocation to improve stormwater conveyance along Texas Avenue. Work includes: 446 LF of 7'x3' concrete box culvert; 141 LF of 7'x2.5' concrete box culvert; 433 LF of 6'x3.5' concrete box culvert; 792 LF of 6'x2.5' concrete box culvert; 40 LF of 6'x2' concrete box culvert; 640 LF of RCP (ranging from 15" RCP to 24" RCP); 1217 LF of 10" PVC sanitary sewer; multiple concrete storm sewer junction boxes, catch basins, and inlets; 2145 LF of concrete curb and gutter; concrete and asphalt pavement replacement; etc. Site D23- Ten Pin Lane consists of storm sewer pipes and inlets, and sanitary sewer relocation to improve stormwater conveyance along Ten Pin Lane, Willow Lane, and Willow Circle. Work includes: 215 LF of 36" RCP, 619 LF of Class V 45"x29" horizontal elliptical RCP, 442 LF of 24" RCP, 85 LF of 18" RCP, and 462 LF of 15" RCP; 358 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer; multiple concrete storm sewer junction boxes, catch basins and inlets; 724 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 2361 SY of asphalt pavement replacement; etc. Add Alternate Bids will also be received to improve stormwater conveyance between Ten Pin Lane and Goetz Boulevard and along Goetz Boulevard. Site E23- 5th and Porter consists of storm sewer pipes and inlets, box culvert, channel grading, retaining walls, and sanitary sewer relocation to improve stormwater conveyance along 5th Street, Porter Avenue, and the drainage channel south of 5th Street to approximately 150' north of 6th Street. Work includes: 190 LF of 12'x4' concrete box culvert; 166 LF of RCP (ranging from 15" RCP to 18" RCP);449 LF of 10" PVC sanitary sewer; 6 sanitary sewer service connection replacement; concrete catch basins, inlets, sanitary sewer manholes; 912 SFF of retaining wall; 100 LF of Sanitary Sewer Encasement; 487 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter; concrete pavement, driveway and sidewalk replacement; 100 LF of Concrete Sidewalk Wall; handrails and fencing; etc.
