The services for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the operation, maintenance and Management of two (2) wastewater treatment plants having a combined capacity of 3.9 MGD and nineteen (19) lift stations and appurtenances and including but not limited to the implementation of the City's industrial pretreatment ordinance and the mercury pollutant minimization program. All proposals will include those items set forth and required by the Request for Proposals, including but not limited to the basis for compensation and financial terms. The right is reserved by the Council of the City of Strongsville, Ohio to reject any or all Proposals, waive any informalities or minor defects in the proposals received or proposal process, and to accept any Proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Strongsville, Ohio.
