The City of Bay City has absolutely reserved the right and prerogative to reject any or all bids as well as to waive any irregularities and informalities. The award of the contract, if it is awarded, will be to a responsible and responsive Bidder whom the City Commission, in its sole discretion and judgment, determines will be in the best interest of the City of Bay City, and which will not exceed the funds available for the project. This is a multi-year contract, services provided under this contract are on an "as needed" basis. It is the intent of the City of Bay City to select two (2) contractors for a contract period of one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year renewal options upon mutual agreement of both parties.
