Reference Number 0000358867 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2013.C13766101 Piggyback Contract No The City of Bay City is currently accepting sealed bids for the Lead or Galvanized Water Service Line Replacement (Customer Side) Question Acceptance Deadline 08/14/2024 03:00 PM EDT Mark Sealed Bid Envelope: Lead or Galvanized Water Service Line Replacement (Customer Side) Bid #25-0821 Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid on this project, and the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The City of Bay City has absolutely reserved the right and prerogative to reject any or all bids as well as to waive any irregularities and informalities. The award of the contract, if it is awarded, will be to a responsible and responsive Bidder whom the City Commission, in its sole discretion and judgment, determines will be in the best interest of the City of Bay City, and which will not exceed the funds available for the project. This is a multi-year contract, services provided under this contract are on an "as needed" basis. It is the intent of the City of Bay City to select two (2) contractors for a contract period of one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year renewal options upon mutual agreement of both parties.
