The City of Bay City has absolutely reserved the right and prerogative to reject any or all bids as well as to waive any irregularities and informalities. The award of the contract, if it is awarded, will be to a responsible and responsive Bidder whom the City Commission, in its sole discretion and judgment, determines will be in the best interest of the City of Bay City, and which will not exceed the funds available for the project. Any questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department via e-mail no later than 3:00 p.m. one (1) week prior to bid opening.
