This work may include, but is not limited to relocating sand currently on the west side of the beach to the east side of the beach and constructing a sand berm on the east side of the beach. The Project includes, without limitation, furnish all necessary materials, labor, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction and grading of the Annual Sand Berm.
