Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contract involves the replacement of nearly 2,500 LF of 6" water main & appurtenances along a section of KY Highway 176 (Drakesboro Road), all east of Greenville (Muhlenberg County). All work shall be as described by the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Plans will be sold with an option of Digital only OR Printed Set w/ Digital copy. Bids will be accepted only from registered contractors holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office. Plan holders may be viewed at online. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. The Bidder awarded the contract shall substantially complete this project within 60 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 per calendar day Question Deadline 08/13/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
